red Quartz Effect is an engineered product and has none of the faults that can weaken a natural stone floor or wall such as Slate. The pure quartz sand (greater than 95%) making it hard-wearing with formidable scratch resistance. Kitchens and bathrooms can suffer from high humidity, causing condensation. Unlike Granite or many natural stone tiles ;our red Quartz Effect does not absorb water easily making it ideal for areas where condensation or water can be a problem. Our engineered quartz surfaces are essentially impervious, easy to keep clean and hygienic. Mirror-like flakes bounce light in all directions. The mirrored particles glitter randomly by reflecting light, to create a flickering effect, while you move. The light scattering surfaces sparkle like the facets of a quartz .
